“PANCETA” WITH PAPRIKA SPICES
MADE IT IN ARTISAN WAY

The marinated “panceta” with paprika spices is a semi-cured product and is elaborated in a totally artisanal way. The first step is to add salt and leave it for two or three days so that it acquires a slight taste of salt.
Once this is done, the excess of salt and is eliminated and the paprika spiceS are added. Once all the ingredients are added, it´s left to dry and then it´s packed for commercialization.
